The Process

How We Hire

We aim to be transparent and respectful of your time. Here is the typical timeline for a standard application:

  • Step 1: Application Submit your materials via the form below. We aim to review all applications within 48 hours.
  • Step 2: Initial Screen A 30-minute video call with a member of the People & Culture team to discuss your background and expectations.
  • Step 3: Interview A 60-minute interview with the hiring manager and a peer to discuss your skills and fit for the role.
  • Step 4: Offer A formal offer sent via email, followed by onboarding materials.

    Unpaid position for students seeking credit. Focus on community management, data analysis, and event coordination. Remote.
